1) You need to register a different account there. (Not the same as here on the forums, since your login info could be stolen! Not like Voorhes would do that, but that Gallery System has weak encryption.)
2) Selfanswered.
3) About 2 mins to upload and use the installer that does everything, about other configurations, no idea, only he knows that really.
